At the start of every project, we assemble a Project Team led by an experienced Project Manager (PM) as your point of contact. Your PM will be your advocate within GBI and manage project timelines while keeping you informed in a timely manner.
GBI’s Project Management Process
Following the initial meeting, the PM will coordinate project meetings at an agreed upon schedule with your GBI Project Team and subject matter experts to communicate the project’s progress, follow up on action items from previous meetings, and discuss the path forward. Additional sub-team meetings will be scheduled for upstream, downstream, bio-conjugates, analytics, RA/QA, supply chain requirements, and other processes as necessary.
